Editing : Introduction
जब कोई रिपोर्ट या आर्टिकल्स को मुद्रण (printing) के लिए भेजा जाता है तो उसमें ग्रामर (Grammar) की दृष्टि से बहुत सी त्रुटियाँ हो सकती है जिसे printing से पहले Editing की जरुरत होती है | इसी कला को editing के माध्यम से त्रुटियाँ ढूँढना और उनकी जगह सही शब्द (word) का प्रयोग करना सीखना है |
Grammar की दृष्टि से इसमें निम्नलिखित grammar के भागों में त्रुटियाँ हो सकती हैं |
(1) Articles - a, an, the के प्रयोग में त्रुटी |
(2) subject verb agreement के प्रयोग में त्रुटी, जैसे -
Boys plays football in the garden. (incorrect)
Boys play football in the garden. (correct)
There is many boys in the class. (incorrect)
There are many boys in the class. (correct)
They has lost their game. (incorrect)
They have lost their game. (correct)
(3) verb forms की त्रुटीयां जैसे -
Yesterday, I see a UFO in the sky. (incorrect)
Yesterday, I saw a UFO in the sky. (correct)
(4) Non-finites verb के प्रयोग की त्रुटियाँ : जैसे -
To get success in life is not easy. (incorrect)
Getting success in life is not easy. (correct)
My father tries to improve his write. (incorrect)
My father tries to improve his writing. (correct)
(5) Prepostions की त्रुटियाँ : जैसे -
He brought some toys to children. (incorrect)
He brought somes toys for children. (correct)
The farmer believed on God. (incorrect)
The farmer believed in God. (correct)
